Middle School Teacher

All Saints Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, dynamic Middle School Teacher-Minister to join our team. This position will begin in the 2026–2027 school year. Under the direction of the principal, the Teacher-Minister is responsible for supporting the Catholic Church, the Diocese of Boise, and the Office of Catholic Schools in their mission to evangelize, catechize, and educate youth in a Catholic school environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support and model the mission and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church
• Integrate Catholic values and the lens of Scripture across all subject areas
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using approved curriculum
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student growth and responsibility
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and parish community to support student learning and faith formation
• Use data and a variety of assessments to guide instruction and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Participate in school liturgies, service projects, and faith-based activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Idaho teaching certificate (or ability to obtain one)
• Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the mission of the Church
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Practicing Catholic
• Prior teaching experience preferred
