Aftercare Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Aftercare Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our after-school care program. Applicants must have prior experience working with elementary school-aged children and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and respond appropriately to questions from students, parents, and the public. Strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. Candidates must be in good physical condition, willing to undergo CPR certification, background check and complete Safe Environment training
